These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Main Stock Plug website, products, services, and subscriptions.
By visiting our website, placing an order, or enrolling in a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services or make a purchase. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use our services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, photographs, prices, availability, and other information. However, minor differences in color, appearance, packaging, or presentation may occur.
We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or cancel an order affected by inaccurate information. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment problems, product unavailability, pricing errors, resale activity, or violation of these Terms.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, payment, contact, and shipping information.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs fees, and other costs will be displayed or described when available.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us to charge the total shown at checkout.
Domestic delivery is generally estimated at 3–5 business days. International delivery is generally estimated at 5–7 business days.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

Eligible one-time purchases may be returned free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Return conditions, exclusions, and instructions are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
If a subscription includes a free trial, its duration will be disclosed when you enroll.
Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription. You will be charged $20 for the first paid month, followed by $30 per month for each subsequent renewal period, plus applicable taxes.
Your subscription continues automatically until canceled. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for each recurring payment.
You may cancel by emailing admin@mainstockplug.co before your next charge is processed. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund charges that have already been processed.
Subscription charges are non-refundable and are not prorated, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
You may not use our website or services to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation
Commit fraud or submit false information
Infringe another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights
Distribute malware, harmful code, or unauthorized advertising
Interfere with the website’s security or operation
Scrape, copy, resell, or exploit website content without permission
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account or system
We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
The website and its content—including text, branding, graphics, photographs, designs, and other materials—belong to Main Stock Plug or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website only for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of our website or your material violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date.
Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any portion of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights available in the customer’s jurisdiction.
